How it went
At GMPriority Pharma, my work on Lipolife connected the product customers held with the shop they bought from and the systems behind their orders. I designed the actual labels, directed product imagery, managed the brand, built the website and connected the operational and marketing tools around it.
The packaging work went down to the label itself. Different bottle formats needed their own layouts, while the product range still needed to read as one brand. Product art direction connected those physical designs with the way the range appeared online.
The website build brought commerce into that same remit. I worked with WordPress and WooCommerce, then connected orders through webhooks to a bespoke stock system and fulfilment process. Product and order data also moved into Meta through its REST API, so the shop sat inside a wider operational loop.
Marketing added another set of connections. Email ran across WordPress, Mailchimp and Drip, alongside campaigns and lifecycle automation. I also worked on ad automation and asset-to-ad workflows, bringing creative production and campaign delivery together within the same scope of work.
