About

Andrew Balerdi

Hi I'm Andrew Balerdi - I am a divergent thinker who thrives in connecting things that seem disconnected. Systems, teams, software I love putting them together so they make sense for your business. I am a specialist at being a generalist, which helps me see patterns where others don't.

Most recently I led AI adoption at Vetstream where I launched Vetlexicon+AI - an AI assistant for vets to help them make better clinical decisions. I also project managed the re-launch of a new platform and built a new e-commerce and customer management API from scratch.

Before AI, I spent twelve years leading marketing and digital teams, founded the Good Marketing Co. and partnered with NHS, Pfizer and Britannia Pharmaceuticals.

Outside the day jobs I have built my own tools. Giginvoice - an easy invoice and tracking tool. Spade SEO - a paste and go topic generator for blog writers. And a speculative new website for the Green Party.

I really enjoy building things and now with AI the ability to build websites, APIs automations is unlimited (token dependant of course). I am especially interested in health tech and building things that create a genuine positive impact.
